Editorial Policy

How AIpraisal sources, reviews, updates, and corrects educational content.

Topic selection

We select topics when they are useful to readers, relevant to product or appraisal workflows, and benefit from accurate, source-grounded explanation.

Source standards

We use sources in this order of preference:

  1. statutes, regulations, government forms, official instructions, and standards-body materials;
  2. first-party product documentation for product behavior;
  3. reputable secondary explanation only when it adds context and is labeled accordingly.

AI-assisted drafting

AI may assist research organization or drafting. It does not replace source checking or publication responsibility.

Human publication responsibility

A person is responsible for source checking and publication before educational content is published.

Updates and corrections

Published identifies the original publication date. Updated appears when substantive revisions occur. We update content when a source, product behavior, or material explanation changes. To report a correction, contact support@aipraisal.io.

Named professional review

Team-authored content is represented as AIpraisal Team, an Organization. Reviewed by appears only after the named person performed the review.

Educational boundaries

Educational content is not legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Professional judgment and source verification remain with the appraiser.
